Cam: Hello, dajia hao. Welcome to Chinese Studio on China Radio International.  I’m Cam.
YJ:  And I’m Yajie. This week we’ve mainly focused on making appointments.  It’s something that foreigners in Beijing need to do sometimes.
Cam: And it’s been very useful!  Thanks Yajie.  So let’s review our Sentences in the Week.

Sentences of the Week
I’d like to see Mr. Wang. 我想见王先生(wo3 xiang3 jian4 wang2 xian1sheng)。Are you free tonight? 今天晚上有时间吗?(jin1tian1 wan3shang you3 shi2jian1 ma?) Where shall we meet? And what time? 咱们在哪儿见?几点?(zan2men zai4 na3er jian4?ji3 dian3?)All in today’s Chinese Studio.

Yajie:  Cam, do you remember what’s Chinese for “I’d like to see”?
Cam: Yes. It’s “我想见(wo3 xiang3 jian4)…”
YJ: Right. It’s我想见(wo3 xiang3 jian)… 想 (xiang3), would like to.

YJ: And 见(jian4)means to see.
Cam: 见(jian4)
YJ: 我想见(wo3 xiang3 jian4)
