The upcoming iPhone 6 can be your mobile wallet and allow you to make mobile payments with the touch of a finger, Bloomberg has reported.

Apple has reached an agreement to enable secure mobile payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express, according to Bloomberg, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The new phone's mobile-payment system will include a special communication chip, and a fingerprint recognition reader, the source said.

Apple is planning to unveil the iPhone 6 on September 9.
