False: 我有百多块钱。
Wǒ yǒu yì bǎi duō kuài qián.
True: 我有一百多块钱。
用在动词后的数词一可以省去，单说量词（如，我买本书）。此句动词有后紧跟着的是由百和多构成的表示钱数的概数词组。一要说出来。
The numeral 一 after a verb is understood. One may only read out the measure wor(such as 我买本书). In this sentence, the verb 有 is followed by a phrase with 百 and 多 to indicate an approximate sum of money. Thus 一 must be read out.
