Some movie is like a piece of art. Chinese movie “满城尽带黄金甲” (Curse of the Golden Flower) is one piece of art that I’d recommend to my readers to watch. Due to its historic background, the Chinese dialogues in the movie might be a bit hard for you here and there. But overall, to understand the story does not demand your knowledge of ancient Chinese history. There are not many conversations either, which can give you longer breaks between lines if you’re learning Chiinese while watching. Due to this aspect, it’s also the right materials for you to learn Chinese.
I highly recommend you to watch the movie on high definition screen if you really want to enjoy it. You can find a clear one on youtube too, but that one is dubbed in English, which might not make it comfortable for some viewers:

[English]
Your tears reflect pain in its tenderness
The pale white crescent moon hooks onto the past
The endless night freezing into frost
Who is in the loft, in icy cold despair
Rain gently bouncing off the vermillon window
My entire life on paper, messed up by the wind
Dreams become faint in a faraway place
The image of you, drifting in the wind
Crushed chrysanthemums reflect our pain. Your smile has faded
Hearts broken into million pieces like petals falling, I lay my troubles aside
Northern winds gush, the night is still young. Unable to shake off your shadow
Leaving me alone with my reflection in the water
Flowers at dusk, fallen splendor
Withering social values, Unthinkable fate
Don’t cross the river. Worries tearing my heart into half
Afraid that you will be unable to get back ashore, floating for the rest of your life
Whose territory is this? Hysterical galloping of horses
Fully armoured, My life whizzed me by
Coming dawn, you sigh softly
A melancholy night such tactful indirectness
