这句话常用来表示对对方某些做法和想法的不满，有的时候也会是对对方的一种提醒。说话人常常把这种不满和提醒的内容放在这句话的后面。通常使用这句话时，说话人并不是真的想责备对方，而是因为对对方的某些做法或者想法看不过去才提出了自己的不满。
Meanings
This sentence usually expresses one's discontent to the other's behavior or idea. Sometimes, it is used to remind. The speaker often puts what she/he dissatisfies or wants to remind after this expression. It does not mean the speaker really wants to blame someone; he/she just voices the complaint because he/she cannot bear the other's practice or idea anymore.
