Usage:

 

“海归”指的是在海外留学、工作后回国创业、就业的人群，这种现象近些年在中国很盛行，这些人选择回国，除了想念亲人，也因为中国经济的发展以及社会给他们提供的个人发展空间越来越大。

“海 归” refers to people who return to their home countries to work or start businesses after having studied or worked overseas. In recent years, this phenomenon has been common in China not only because people miss their homes, but also because the Chinese economy is developing so fast that there is an increasingly large space to develop one’s talents.
