This is my first visit to Beijing. 这是我第一次来北京。(zhe4 shi4 wo3 di4yi1ci4 lai2 beijing.) It is worth seeing. 值得一看。(zhi2de yi2 kan4. ) How much is the admission? 门票多少钱？(men2piao4 duo1shao qian2?) All in today’s Chinese Studio.

YJ: 是 (shi4), is.
Cam: 是 (shi4)
YJ: 我 (wo3) is I.

YJ: 第一次 (di4yi1ci4), the first time.

YJ: 来 (lai2), to come.

YJ: Likewise, you can put any place or country after “lai”. For example. This is my first visit to Shanghai would be “这是我第一次来上海。(zhe4 shi4 wo3 di4yi1ci4 lai2 shanghai.). This is my first visit to shanghai.

YJ: You can say值得一看。(zhi2de yi2 kan4. )
Cam: 值得一看。(zhi2de yi2 kan4. )
YJ: 值得(zhi2de), it is worth doing something…

YJ: 一看 (yi1kan4), take a look, pay a visit. .
