跟(gēn): with

我(wǒ): me, I

说(shuō): to talk, to speak

吧(ba): modal particle word which makes the sentence sound like a suggestion

Example:

A：发生什么事了？跟我说说吧？

     Fāshēnɡ shénme shì le? Gēn wǒ shuōshuō bɑ.
