A：这房间不但很大，而且很明亮。租金多少?

 

zhè fáng jiān bú dàn hěn dà，ér qiě hěn míng liàng。zū jīn duō shǎo ?

 

This room is not only large, but also very bright. How much is the rent?

 

B：一个月一万块。

 

yī gè yuè  yī wàn kuài。

 

10,000 RMB every month.

 

A：这个房子很好，不过有点贵。

 

Zhège fángzi hěn hǎo, bùguò yǒudiǎn guì.

 

This house is nice, but it's a little bit expensive.
