Chinese Tea Museum: Hall of Tea History 中国茶叶博物馆：茶史厅

茶是中国对人类、对世界文明所作的重要贡献之一，中国是茶树的原产地，是最早发现和利用茶叶的国家。该厅以千年野生茶树作为开篇，随之从神农尝百草的故事说起，穿插粗朴的原始饮器、精美的历代茶具、茶文化历史遗迹、茶的诗词歌赋和茶学专著，并结合运用动漫小故事、茶主题生活场景展现等手段，按照历史发展脉络展示茶文化的发展过程，以及茶向全球外传的历史。
Tea is one of China’s important contributions to humanity and world civilization. As the origin country of tea bushes, China is the first country that discovered and used tea leaves. The Hall of Tea History starts from the thousand-year old wild tea bush to the story that Shennong tasted hundreds of herbs. There are also primitive tea drinking appliances, exquisite tea sets of different dynasties, historical relics of tea culture, verses, ditties, odes and songs of tea and special works of tea science. In addition, by means of cartoon stories and the display of scenes of tea themed life, the tea culture evolution and the history of spreading tea all over the world are presented based on the historical development process.
