Dance on stick 舞棍

Dance on stick(舞棍wǔgùn), which has a long history and well-known in the China. In ancient years, a lot of foreigner people(someone who belongs to a country that is not your own) go to China(usually go to the north China’s city) to see this very special and interesting performance.

Folk actors perform "Beigun", is known as a traditional folk art usually held to pray for harvest and peace （life）, during a folk cultural carnival(in this article means a public festival during which people play music and sometimes dance in the streets) in Taiyuan, capital of north China's Shanxi Province(Chinese meaning:山西省), on May 6, Year 2009(about four years ago).
