张家界上演“速度与激情”Flying in Zhangjiajie

 Feel the thrill(激动)! 16 wingsuit flyers from 11 countries took part in the 2017 Wingsuit Flying Championship in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province from last Friday to Sunday.

American wingsuit pilot(飞行员) Jeb Corliss and his cameraman(摄影师) narrowly escaped(逃过) a midair collision(冲撞) Thursday during a strike(碰撞) training.

Wingsuit flying has been described as the world's most exhilarating(令人兴奋的) sport(运动). Launching themselves from a cliff(悬崖) over 1,400 meters above sea level, 16 flyers from around the world are participating(参加) in wingsuit flying championship(锦标赛) at this national park in China, known for being the filming location of Avatar, and part of Transformers 3.
