Luosifen (螺蛳粉) is a rice noodles (米粉 mǐfěn) dish with pickled bamboo shoots (酸笋 suān sǔn), dried turnip (萝卜干 luóbo gān), fresh vegetables (蔬菜 shūcài), and peanuts (花生 huāshēng) in a spiced river snail (螺蛳 luósī) soup. It dates to the 1980s when night fairs began to emerge in Liuzhou City of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. At present, Luosifen is exported (出口 chūkǒu) to more than 20 countries and regions in the world.
