I like your athletic shoes. 我喜欢你的运动鞋。 The pants suit you very well. 裤子很适合你。 You have a good taste. 你很有品位。  That is a very cute skirt. 裙子很可爱。  All in today’s Chinese studio. 

Cam:  Yajie, we’ve learned how to say “I like” in Chinese.  I remember… it’s wo xi huan, right?
YJ: Right. Let’s say you like somebody’s athletic shoes…
CM: I know shoes in Chinese is xie2, right?
YJ: exactly. Xie2. shoes.
CM: then what’s the Chinese for athletic?
YJ: it’s yun4 dong4.
CM: yun4 dong4,
YJ: then athletic shoes in Chinese is yun4 dong4 xie2.
CM: yun4 dong4 xie2.
YJ: ni3 de, your,
CM: ni3 de.
YJ: wo3 xi3 huan1. I like,
CM: wo3 xi3 huan1.

YJ: You could also tell the person the pants suit them well. Which is 裤子很适合你
