注释Notes:

天路[tiān lù ](The Road to Heaven) in the song refers to Qinghai–Tibet railway 青藏铁路[qīng zàng tiě lù] .The length of the railway is 1,956 km. The construction of the railway was part of the China Western Development strategy, an attempt to develop the western provinces of China, which are much less developed than eastern China. The railway is considered one of the greatest feats in modern Chinese history.

青稞酒 酥油茶 [qīng kē jiǔ sū yóu chá]（barley wine and butter tea) are indispensable drinks in Tibetan people’s daily lives.
