Zhēn xiāng! Wŏ cóng lái méi chī guò zhè me hăo chī de yā ròu.
Delicious! I've never had such delicious duck.
王 波：是啊，外酥里嫩、香而不腻。
Shì ā, wài sū lĭ nèn, xiāng ér bú nì.
You're right! It's crispy outside but tender inside. Delicious but not oily.
丽贝卡：怪不得“北京烤鸭”这么有名。
Guài bù dé "Bĕijīng Kăoyā" zhè me yŏu míng.
No wonder Beijing Duck is so famous.
王 波：“北京烤鸭”有很多种，各个饭店的做法不完全一样。
"Bĕjīng Kăoyā" yŏu hĕn duō zhŏng, gè gè fàn diàn de zuò fă bù wán quán yī yàng.
There are so many good restaurants in Beijing and you can find many kinds of roast duck. Each restaurant has its own recipe.

Shén me yì si?
What does it mean?
王 波：意思是：“吃”，对于人们来说，是最重要的。
Yì si shì: "chī", duì yú rén men lái shuō, shì zuì zhòng yào de.
It means "eating" is the most important thing for the masses.
丽贝卡：这个我同意。
Zhè ge wŏ tóng yì.

Kàn lái nĭ yĕ shì gè mĕi shí jiā.
