The West Lake Tea Ceremony performance is designed and created based on Hangzhou people’s tea drinking customs and combined with the local culture of Hangzhou. It fully presents the gentle and elegant oriental style.
自古以来，龙井茶区的百姓不仅会栽茶、制茶，更会鉴茶、品茶。杭州人对喝茶用水分外讲究，西湖龙井茶配以虎跑泉冲泡，不仅汤色清澈明亮，还能透发茶香，提高茶叶内含物质的浸出率。因此，“龙井茶，虎跑泉”被称之为“西湖双绝”。
Since the ancient times, the common people in the Dragon Well tea region have not only planted and made tea, but also appreciated and drank tea as well. Hangzhou people are very particular about the water used for making tea. Making West Lake Dragon Well tea with Tiger Spring water can not only make tea water clear and bright, but can fully reveal the fragrance of the tea and improve the diffusion rate of substances in the tea leaves as well.
