Transformers 4 Invite Chinese Actress Li Bingbing to Join 李冰冰

Paramount Pictures of the United States announced on Monday that it had added Chinese actress Li Bingbing into the cast for the upcoming sci-fi actioner "Transformers 4," based on the product line of the well-known American toy maker Hasbro.
派拉蒙影业公司20日宣布，中国著名电影演员李冰冰将出演经典科幻系列大片《变形金刚》的最新一集。派拉蒙的声明说，已选定李冰冰加盟《变形金刚4》，加入主演包括马克·沃尔伯格、斯坦利·图奇等人的本片强大演员阵容。本片制片人和导演迈克尔·贝表示，对李冰冰的加盟感到高兴。

Li, who is best known by western audience for starring in " Resident Evil: Retribution" and "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan," will join hands with Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci and others in the fourth installment in the hit film franchise from the Paramount Pictures.

Paramount said last month it would join hands with China Movie Channel and Jiaflix Enterprise on the latest installment of the blockbuster film. It also decided to shoot some sequences in China as well as casting Chinese actors and actresses in the new movie, with a budget of 165 million U.S. dollars.
