小时(xiǎoshí): hour

没(méi): didn't

睡觉( shuìjiào): to sleep

了(le): particle word

Example:

A：我已经48个小时没睡觉了

     Wǒ  yǐjīnɡ 48 ɡè xiǎoshí méi shuìjiào le.

     I haven't slept for 48 hours.
