Chinese Pinyin Table 汉语拼音表

This is your first Chinese lesson. Your Chinese teacher is going to teach you pinyin, then she/he will take out a picture. On this picture there is a table which we call it Chinese pinyin table.

Let's look at this table. It includes initial consonant and final consonant which are the base unit of a Chinese syllable. Learning how to read and how to write all these consonants on this table is very important to start mandarin speechrecognition.  Following your Chinese teacher, try your best to make a correct pronunciation as your teacher read. Then copy them carefully on your exercise-books with a serious observation.
