Bai Juyi 白居易

白居易（772年-846年），汉族，字乐天，晚年又号香山居士，河南新郑（今郑州新郑）人，我国唐代伟大的现实主义诗人，中国文学史上负有盛名且影响深远的诗人和文学家，他的诗歌题材广泛，形式多样，语言平易通俗，有"诗魔"和"诗王"之称。官至翰林学士、左赞善大夫。有《白氏长庆集》传世，代表诗作有《长恨歌》、《卖炭翁》、《琵琶行》等。
Bai Juyi (772-846), of the Han nationality, with the courtesy name Letian and pseudonym of Xiangshan Jushi, was from Xinzheng of Henan province. He was a great realistic poet in the Tang Dynasty, and was one of the most influential poets and literati in the history of Chinese literature. His poems were wide-ranging in subject matters, multiple in form and simple in language, and he was well-known as the King of Poet and the Magic Poet. His political life was also very active, once being a member of the Hanlin Academy and Reminder of the Left. His popular works include Bai's Changqing Collection, The Song of Everlasting Sorrow, The Elderly Charcoal Seller, The Song of the Pipa Player, etc.
主要成就：在文学上积极倡导新乐府运动，写下了不少反映人民疾苦的诗篇。
