Qĭng wèn, qù bié rén jiā lĭ zuò kè, yì bān sòng shén me lĭ wù?

 

Excuse me. What's a suitable gift if I'm invited to visit a family?

 

B:对方是什么人?家里都有谁?

 

duì fāng shì shén me rén ?jiā lǐ dōu yǒu shuí ?

 

Who the host is and who are in the host’s family?

 

A:是我的朋友。他跟父母住在一起。

B:那送果篮吧,里面装上新鲜的水果,好看又好吃。

 

Nà sòng guŏ lán ba, lĭ miàn zhuāng shàng xīn xiān de shuǐ guǒ, hǎo kàn yòu hǎo chī。

 

Then, it'd be great to take a fruit basket with fresh fruits, it looks well and eats well.

 

A:去哪里可以买到?

Then wher can I get it?

 

B:超市或者水果店都可以。

 

chāo shì huò zhě shuǐ guǒ diàn dōu kě yǐ 。

 

You can go to a supermarket or a fruit store for that.
