售票(以北京站为例):
北京站售票大厅设有26 个售票窗口,全部窗口均发售当日至第四日北京站、北京西站、北京南站和北京北站始发的各次列车软座、硬座车票,其中有12 个窗口还办理中转签字和快车票。第二号窗口同时发售国际联运列车国内段车票,第十一号和第十二号为退票窗口并24 小时昼夜不间断售票,旅客要求退票时,按20% 收取手续费。
国际售票处位于车站一楼大厅软席候车室内,设有三个窗口,发售四日内“四站”始发的各次列车软硬座、软硬卧车票。国际售票处还同时办理:
