《戏彩娱亲》讲述老莱子奉养二亲的孝行。此为《二十四孝》中的第七则故事。［周］老莱子，楚人，至孝。奉二亲，极其甘脆。行年七十，言不称老，着五彩斑斓之衣，为婴儿戏舞于亲侧。又取水上堂，诈跌卧地，作小儿啼，以娱亲喜。

lǎocàizǐ chūnqiūshíqī chǔɡuó yǐnshì wèi duǒbì luànshì zìɡēnɡyú ménɡshān nánlì

老莱子，春秋时期楚国隐士，为躲避世乱，自耕于蒙山南麓。

 

tā xiàoshùn fùmǔ jǐnjiǎnměiwèi ɡònɡfènɡshuānɡqīn

他孝顺父母，尽拣美味供奉双亲，

 

qīshísuì shànɡbùyánlǎo chánɡchuānzhe wǔsècǎiyī

70岁尚不言老，常穿着五色彩衣，

 

shǒuchí bōlànɡɡǔ rú xiǎoháizibān xìshuǎ yǐbó fùmǔ kāihuái

手持拨浪鼓如小孩子般戏耍，以博父母开怀。

 

yícì wèi shuānɡqīn sònɡshuǐ jìnwūshí diēleyìjiāo tāpà fùmǔ shānɡxīn

一次为双亲送水，进屋时跌了一跤，他怕父母伤心，

 

suǒxìnɡ tǎnɡzàidìshànɡ xuéxiǎoháizikū èrlǎodàxiào

索性躺在地上学小孩子哭，二老大笑。

 

Lao Laizi was an anchorite in Spring and Autumn Period. He did farming at the south side of Meng Mountain to avoid the chaos in that period. He held great filiality to his parents. He fed the parents with the most delicious food; entertained them with drum-shaped rattle playing when he was in his 70s, wearing colored clothes just like a child. Once, when he was on his way to bring water to his parents, he tumbled. He thought the parents might be worried about him, he just cried on the floor like a child, which made the parents laughed.
