Li Bai 李白

李白（701年2月28日-762），字太白，号青莲居士。中国唐朝诗人，有"诗仙"之称，是伟大的浪漫主义诗人。汉族，祖籍陇西郡成纪县。存世诗文千余篇，代表作有《蜀道难》、《行路难》、《梦游天姥吟留别》、《将进酒》等诗篇，有《李太白集》传世。公元762年病卒，享年61岁。
Li Bai (Feb. 28th, 701-762), a poet of the Tang Dynasty also known for his courtesy name Taibai with the pseudonym Qinglian Jushi, meaning Householder of the Azure Lotus, was a great romantic poet called Fairy Poet. He was of Han nationality, with his ancestry origin in Chengji County, Longxi Prefecture (what is now western Gansu province). He has over one thousand pieces of work that are still extant, such as Shudaonan, Xinglunan, Mengyou tianmu yinliubie and Qiangjinjiu, as well as the well-known Li Taibai Collected Works. In 762, he died of illness at the age of 61.

创造了古代积极浪漫主义文学高峰。为唐诗的繁荣与发展打开了新局面。批判继承前人传统并形成独特风格。歌行体和七绝达到后人难及的高度。开创了中国古典诗歌的黄金时代。
Major achievements：
He led the ancient Chinese romanticism literature to its peak, and started a new chapter for the prosperity and development of the Tang style of poetry. While inheriting the traditions of the predecessors, he formed his own unique style. His poems in the form of Gexingti and seven-word poems hit a historical high that was not surpassed by the later generations. He started a golden era for Chinese classic poems.

Representative works: Shudaonan (Hard Roads in Shu), Xinglunan (Hard Journey), Yuexia duzhuo（Drinking Alone under the Moon）, Wang lushan pubu (The Waterfall in Mount Lu Viewed from Afar), and Dapeng fu (Fu on the Roc), etc.
