The word means to make time for something.

2.“以为” yǐ wéi

这个词是一个动词，表示对某周事物的一种看法，但是这种看法往往不符合实际情况，需要用另外一个句子来说明事实的真相。

The word "yiwei" is a verb, used to express a view about something. But this view often does not tally with reality and needs another sentence to explain the true fact.
