家庭健身变形记 A family's motivational story

A group photo of a family has gone viral on Weibo, which details the changes(改变) of their stature(身材) over a 6-month period(6个月的时间), losing significant weight and adding a new born into the mix.


It was hard for the father to work out at the beginning(开始). However, through his son's motivation(激励), he was able to exercise(锻炼) every day. Fitness(健身) has become a common interest(共同爱好) for them.
