The jun porcelain glazed lotus leaf form brush washer was unearthed in Chengguan Town, Song County, Henan province in 1980. It is 6 cm in height.
器整体如一片盛开的荷叶,浅腹,平底,底有三个支钉痕,口沿一端有用釉粘接的如意头折沿,沿下有釉粘接扳,从底至口沿有五个呈S形的叶盘。
The washer looks like a blooming lotus leaf. It is shallow, flat-bottomed, and has three pin supports along the bottom. There is a Ruyi-shaped folded edge bonded with glaze at the rim of the washer, which is supported with a handle. From the bottom to the rim, five S-shaped lotus leaves are found in the washer.
此洗无论造型、釉色、做工等都系钧窑中的上乘产品。
