chinese reading - 三字经--Three character primer ①

① Men at their birth are naturally good. Their natures are much the same; their habits become widely different.

rén zhī chū ，xìng běn shàn 。xìng xiānɡ jìn ，xí xiānɡ yuǎn 。 

人之初，性本善。性相近，习相远。

[translation] life down is good, just as the process of growing up, acquired the learning environment is not the same character, also have good and bad.

【yì wén 】rén shēng xià lái de shí hòu dōu shì hǎo de ，
【译文】人生下来的时候都是好的，

zhǐ shì yóu yú chéng zhǎng guò chéng zhōng ，
只是由于成长过程中，

hòu tiān de xué xí huán jìng bù yí yànɡ ，
后天的学习环境不一样，

xìng qíng yě jiù yǒu le hǎo yǔ huài de chā bié 。
性情也就有了好与坏的差别。

〖enlightenment〗 Down life originally is the same, but was not good education, good nature will go bad.So, people from an early age to study hard, to distinguish between good and evil, to be a useful talents for the society.

〖qǐ shì 〗rén shēng xià lái yuán běn dōu shì yí yàng ，dàn cóng xiǎo bù hǎo hǎo jiào yù ，
〖启示〗人生下来原本都是一样，但从小不好好教育，

shàn liáng de běn xìng jiù huì biàn huài 。
善良的本性就会变坏。

suǒ yǐ ，rén cóng xiǎo jiù yào hǎo hǎo xué xí ，qū fēn shàn è ，
所以，人从小就要好好学习，区分善恶，

cái néng chéng wéi yí ɡe duì shè huì yǒu yòng de rén cái 。
才能成为一个对社会有用的人才。 

注释：① First: the meaning of the beginning, this person was born.
chū ：kāi shǐ de yì sī ，zhè lǐ shuō rén gāng chū shēng de shí hòu 。
初：开始的意思，这里说人刚出生的时候。

② The nature of personality: meaning, refers to human nature ( the innate knowledge and idler with prime ).
xìng ：xìng zhì gè xìng de yì sī ，zhǐ rén de běn xìng
性：性质个性的意思，指人的本性

（gè rén xiān tiān jù yǒu sù zhī hé duò qíng)。
（个人先天具有素知和惰情）。

③ Learning: learning, also refers to the social environment influence.
xí ：zhǐ xué xí ，yě zhǐ shòu shè huì huán jìng yǐng xiǎng 。
习：指学习，也指受社会环境影响。
