The Most Rare Wine 最名贵的白酒——“道光二十五”贡酒

1996年6月9日，一项令人惊叹的考古发现在辽宁锦州面世。人们搬迁锦州凌川酿酒总厂的老厂时 偶然在地下80厘米处发现了四个木制的酒海（古代酒的容器），酒海内竟然完好地保存着香气宜人的白酒。这些酒海以红桦构筑，长为2.62米、宽1.31米、深1.64米箱内裱糊以约1500层、内蘸以鹿血的宣纸。这些宣纸上用汉字，涝文书写“大清道光乙已年”、“同盛金”、“大清国”等字样。通过这些记载及其他遗迹、文物考古专家确认这是“同盛金”酒坊在清道光二十五年封存的，这些酒不仅命长，而且十分好喝。
On June 9, 1996, a miraculous archaeological discovery is found in Jinzhou, Liaoning. When moving the old plant of Jinzhou Lingchuan Winery, people found four wooden Jiuhai (the ancient wine container) under 80cm of the ground by chance. The full-bodied liquor was well stored in the Jiuhai unexpectedly. Made from red birch, these Jiuhai are 2.62 meters long, 1.31 meters wide and 1.64 meters deep with about 1500 tiers rice paper dipped by the blood of deer. There are such characters as “Daqing Daoguang Yisi Year”, “Tong Shengjin” and “Daqing Country” in Chinese character and Laowen (a kind of letter) on the paper. Through these records and other vestiges and relics, the archaeological experts affirmed that they were sealed up in the twenty-fifth year of Daoguang with long history and good taste.
“烧酒”属陈香型，色微黄，酒精度53%。由于是贡酒，它用鹿血蘸宣纸封存，150多年的浸泡使鹿血渗入酒中，功效了得。
The “rack” belongs to the odor type with light yellow color and 53% alcohol content. Because it was the tribute wine, it was sealed up with rice paper dipped by the blood of deer. For being socked for 150 years, the blood of deer seeped into the wine, the wine has good effect.
据辽宁省考古研究所和中国食品工艺协会白酒专业协会反复考证后认为：这批被命名为“道光二十五”清朝贡酒是世界上穴藏时间最长的白酒，它和盛酒器皿“木酒海”的发现，对中国酒文化的研究具有极其重要的价值。“道光二十五”经多位全国著名评酒专家通过感官品评认为，该酒酒液呈微黄色，浓郁陈香，入口绵柔，醇厚细腻，后味悠长，风味独特，是白酒家族的稀世珍宝，具有极高的收藏价值和商品价值。
Upon repeated textual research by Liaoning Provincial Institute of Archaeology and Liquor Branch of China National Food Industry Association, they all thought that the named “Daoguang Twenty-five” tribute win of Qing Dynasty was the liquor with the longest storage time in the world. The discovery of the wine and the “wooden Jiuhai” make great significance to the research of Chinese wine culture. Upon tasting by many famous professional wine reviewer, “Daoguang Twenty-five” is rare treasury of the liquor family with light yellow color, full-bodied taste, fine and smooth flavor, long-term good feeling and unique characteristic. It has high storage and commercial value.
