　　因为它是采用地道的满族传统工艺

我听说这里曾经发掘出

　　the reign of Emperor Daoguang

　　"Jiu hai" (liquor sea)?

　　木酒海是装酒的容器

　　A wooden "jiu hai" is a kind

　　of liquor container.

　　那么96年的时候我们在地下发掘出

　　In 1996, four such wooden liquor

　　vessels were

　　四个木酒海 其中装酒四吨

　　unearthed here, containing a

　　total four tons of liquor.

　　后来经考古专家和文物局的鉴定

　　Through the appraisal of archeologists

　　and the State Cultural Relics Bureau,

　　这批酒成为了液体文物

　　the liquor was considered a

　　liquid cultural relic.

　　就是这个酒啊
